Resource Business
Connecting the users and producers
Responding to Diverse Needs with Stable Quality and Supply
What we consider the most important when handling resources is to conduct business while building trust between users and producers, knowing each other's needs. Japanese users sometimes do not know the needs of producers, unlike overseas users. This has contributed to communication breakdowns and supply disruptions during the pandemic. We prioritize 'stable quality' and 'stable supply' to ensure that users and producers can build long-term partnerships, and we strive for transactions that benefit all parties involved.
XCEED Features(Strength of XCEED)
To respond to diverse needs, we import resources from Australia and Asian countries such as India and Malaysia. Due to rising resource prices and geopolitical risks, companies tend to diversify their resource supply countries, and securing resources within Asia is gaining attention. Therefore, we directly enter production sites, collaborate with producers to adjust and process resources, and supply users with products of stable quality using our unique know-how. Additionally, we have a branch in resource-rich India, and having an Indian owner provides a significant advantage due to various connections in many fields.
SILICA SAND

Features
Due to its high melting point, excellent abrasion resistance, impact resistance, and high recyclability, this is used as a polishing agent in cast sand and sandblasting. Additionally, when used as aggregate in mortar and concrete, this not only improves strength and earthquake resistance but also suppresses the ionization tendency of metals, enhancing the corrosion resistance of buildings. Therefore, this is adopted in structures and bridges near the sea.
Type
Silica sand consists of single crystal sand grains that are physically and chemically stable, and it comes in a variety of types that can be chosen according to the intended use.

GARNET SAND

Features
Garnet sand has a high specific gravity, resulting in extremely low fragmentation during work, which allows for shorter working time and significantly less usage compared to copper slag. Additionally, it results in less wear on nozzles and hoses, making it reusable, thus reducing equipment and material costs. Furthermore, it is an environmentally friendly product as it does not contain heavy metals and produces minimal dust.

BENTONITE

Features
Bentonite is said to have formed from volcanic ash deposited by eruptions tens of thousands of years ago, which reacted with temperature, pressure, and hot water. Its greatest characteristics are its swelling property, which allows it to expand multiple times when absorbing water, and its plasticity, which bonds with water. In recent years, due to the frequent disasters, the water-stopping effect of bentonite has gained attention in the civil engineering industry. Additionally, in foundry sand applications, it is used as a thickening agent to stabilize sand molds for casting. It is also widely used in other areas such as wastewater treatment and pet litter.
Areas and Market Conditions
The world's largest producer is China, followed by the United States, Turkey, Greece, and in fifth place, India. In Japan, domestic, Chinese, and American products are widely available. XCEED has a stable supply of high-quality Indian Bentonite.

FERRO CHROME

Features
The main use of ferro chrome is as an additive for stainless steel. Moreover, it is used in such a variety of steel products, so that there are hardly any poducts that do not contain ferro chrome at all. It is produced extensively in South Africa and its surrounding regions, the former Soviet Union, India, and China, but the grades differ by region.
Recently, production costs have skyrocketed, and many imports from China and India are circulating domestically as well. Xceed procures directly by signing contracts with production companies. We sell high-quality Indian products at low prices in the domestic market.

XCEED procures products by directly contracting with manufacturers. We sell high-quality products made in India at low prices domestically.
MICA POWDER

Features
Mica is a shiny mineral known as "kira" in Japanese, and it is used as a filler in cosmetics, paints, rubber, plastics, and ceramics. Among these, muscovite (hard mica) is particularly excellent in insulation properties, with a heat resistance of about 550°C. It is also used for improving rigidity, corrosion resistance, and vibration damping. India is the world's largest producer of mica, and ruby mica is well known. The feature of our mica powder is that it is sourced directly from Indian manufacturers through unique routes. Although the complex supply routes associated with Indian mica have raised concerns, we enable safe and stable supply through a simple trading flow.
