１/The Owner of XCEED is an Indian Business Man, which is Rare in Japan !
People in Japan may have the image of Indian man as the picture above left, however the owner of XCEED looks like the picture as above right.
XCEED was established in August 2013 in Aichi Prefecture by an Indian business man, which is rare in Japan.
Based on the technology and knowledge, the owner of XCEED has developed over about 20 years in the field of Japanese trading companies and integrated casting engineering manufacturers,
as well as domestic and international sales experience, and founded to serve as a bridge between Japan and India in the casting-related business.
Initially XCEED started the business as a manufacturer developing and selling deburring machines, but now we have expanded its business widely, including resources and imports-exports businesses.
２/Business Field of XCEED
Casting-Related Business
XCEED sells Japanese excellent casting facilities and parts to overseas markets, especially to rapidly developing India. XCEED is also a manufacturer that develops, produces, and sells unique technology for "Robotic Deburring Devices" and "Tools". The Deburring Machines of XCEED are known as groundbreaking devices that fully automate processes that previously heavily relied on manual effort and the craftsman's intuition, allowing for high-precision processing of multiple works with a single machine. This device has achieved increased production efficiency and stable quality, receiving high praise from many industries.
Resource Business
As the geopolitical balance surrounding resources significantly changes and Japan is concerned of a relative decline in its international resource position, efforts different from traditional procurement methods are necessary to secure stable resources. XCEED is actively engaged not only in importing resources to Japan but also in selling them overseas. XCEED works to coordinate and process resources in collaboration with producers using its own know-how, striving for uniform quality.
Imports and Exports
XCEED has entered into sales agency agreements with many Japanese companies, exporting and selling excellent Japanese products abroad. Currently, XCEED is actively working in a wide range of fields to match Japanese infrastructure-related companies successfully with the demands of Indian government-affiliated companies and its major manufacturers. XCEED will continue to actively serve as a bridge to deliver high-quality Japanese products and technology to the world.
Sales Promotion
Overseas exhibitions are an irreplaceable opportunity to meet local businesses and expand sales channels. XCEED provides comprehensive support for Japanese companies, including planning and management of exhibition booths and production of promotional tools (leaflets, videos, panels, etc.). Origin of Company Name
The origin of our company "XCEED" comes from the English word "Exceed". "Exceed" has meanings such as "to surpass", "to excel", "to be outstanding" and "to exceed", which embodies our commitment to tackling things with new insights and creative ideas, producing high-quality results together with those involved. Furthermore, by dropping the initial "E" of "Exceed" and using "X" as the initial letter, we express "infinite possibilities and expansion".
Logo Design
The design of XCEED is inspired by the "kaza guruma" in Japanese (windmill). The four founding members each become wings, catching the wind and turning into a great force that involves related people, expressing the desire to broaden new ideas and knowledge to grow. The corporate colour, blue represents a "clear heart" in interacting with others, pursuing "free ideas" with a broad perspective like the sea, and connecting the world like the sky and the sea, showing a strong wish to enrich the hearts of the people involved.
５/Little Good Things that XCEED Offers
XCEED is engaged in supporting and developing the child-raising in Laos, the poorest country in Southeast Asia. Specifically, we provide textbooks for each child and implement sustainable support throughout the community by establishing eco-friendly hand-washing stations and play equipment. Furthermore, we recruit Laotian university students as volunteers to visit primary schools in impoverished areas, helping them understand local conditions and learn the process from identifying problems to finding solutions, thus contributing to both development of students and communities. Our activities aim to play a role in nurturing the capability of the people of Laos to solve problems within their own country.
